Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Medications are non-refundable or returnable.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where refunds may be granted:

  • You were not approved for the medication, you will receive a refund minus the telehealth consult fee: $30 for medication consults, $49.99 for urgent care consults.
  • Wrong medication is received.
  • Wrong medication dose is received.
  • Medication is expired.
  • Medication is damaged upon arrival.

Refunds

Please notify us by email if you run into a situation listed above and are requesting a refund or replacement.

If you are approved, your refund or replacement will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-10 business days. A replacement of the medication will be shipped within 7-10 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

There are no exchanges for medications.
